The property is wonderful in cleanliness, appearance, convenience. The significant problem was that the lock on my room door was broken and I could not get out the room - TWICE. Maintenance had to come to open the door. I thought they had fixed it when it happened on my first evening there. However it happened again - exact same problem on the day I left. This was a dangerous situation that could be life-threatening if there was a fire or other emergency. The fact that it was not really fixed the first time and that it was not taken seriously is of great concern.

GREAT...HOWEVER

Overall stay was good, but the high floor room's window was dirty on the outside. Then they require a $10 fee to have a microwave in the room. I feel like if you're paying so much money it should be included. In addition, the mattress we were provided didn't have much cushion.

I understand that this is an older hotel but I feel like they can update the basic things. New shower heads, firm pillows, new mattresses, and better television options. I had to flip channels with no guide and only had a few options to watch TV. I felt like it was 1980
