The housekeeping staff knocked just once and immediately opened the door while I was still inside the room. This happened three times in a single day—they entered without proper notice each time. That’s completely unacceptable.

We had to ask for ice bucket. There was not one in the room. It took the housekeeper for an hour to bring it. The nightstand drawer would not close. The staff was OK. Need some work on the front desk people they are not really friendly. Need some work.
