First off I chose two luxury rooms. When I got to my rooms they were basic rooms nothing luxurious about it. But whatever I didn’t complain I just let that go it is Laughlin not vegas so I let it slide. My rooms were booked for four days. The first day there was soap. Then the next day I called the operator and requested soap. He then told me to hold to send me to house keeping. Sean then transferred my call to a hotel in Vegas. I hung up and called the operator back. He said sorry then said someone will be up shortly to refill my soap. Nobody came. I called back the third day and still no soap. For Both my rooms no soap refill the whole stay. They didn’t clean our bathrooms only made the beds. It was the worst stay and when I checked out and told them about my experience they didn’t give me any money off my resort fee. I said I would be writing a review and they didn’t care. So stay clear of this place. Horrible service, dirty rooms, no soap.

I liked that’s everything was near by food, maket water activities being so close to the lake was a huge plus the only one thing that I was really disappointed in was that when I got my hand pay for a jackpot they didn’t offer me the chance to have my picture taken

Our room was dirty had old french frys on the carpet. The 1 t8me they came on our room they made part of our bed and left clean towels but did mot yake dirty towels or trash. Also on our say, there was an alarm that woke us up in the middle of the night. We went off the property had to ask other people what had happened before we went back to our room.

This was the third time I've stayed this year and i was so disappointed. The first room i was given was filthy and smelled bad. I have been coming to Laughlin for several decades and i understand that these are river rooms. This was a different smell. The next room there was dirty linen left in the bathroom and that was disgusting. There was a 20 minute wait at least for the elevators just to get to your room. This stay has me looking to stay elsewhere if i come back. If so it wont be with the Aquarius Hotel.
