"I arrived on a late flight and needed the shuttle at midnight. I was told to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come after I had my baggage. Once I had bags and tried to the call the hotel, they were not responding to my phone calls which left me stranded at the ABQ airport in the wee hours. ..."

Once I had bags and tried to the call the hotel, they were not responding to my phone calls which left me stranded at the ABQ airport in the wee hours. I finally gave up and just paid for my own transportation -- and not arriving to the hotel until after 2am. Just not the service promised. Highly disappointing as I chose this hotel largely for the shuttle service..."
