When you walk into this condo, you will immediately feel the luxury with all the conveniences and never want to leave! Have a morning cup of coffee on the serene back deck, then play a round of golf. Enjoy the scenery of the community, with an indoor and outdoor pool and sauna.

Our condo is perfectly located close to all of the area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as access to the Smoky Mountain National Park! With so much to see and do, such as Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, dinner shows, museums, shopping and more, there is no reason to be bored. Plus, there are so many amazing hiking trails and scenic drives in the area that you can never do all of them during your stay! There is always something to do here no matter the time of year or type of weather!

Keyless 24-hour entry

When entering into the front door, you immediately feel in awe with the beautifully decorated space, which it will be hard to leave after arriving! Condo offers 1 King Size Bed and a comfy queen-size pull-out sofa bed. All dishes, pots/pans, linens and towels are provided for your stay.

As a courtesy and convenience to our guests, we supply enough toiletries and paper products to last 1 - 2 days.

NO PETS ALLOWED!
CANCELLATION POLICY : Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, after that 50% up to two weeks of check-in, the last two week you will not get a refund.


All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. NO PETS ALLOWED!
*Outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
