Overall a great stay!

Property was a good location. It’s a bit of a hike without assigned parking spaces. Cleanliness was good, only one roll of toilet paper, make sure to pack an extra roll. Beds were a really firm. The keuirg didn’t work but coffee pot did. Not much of a view, only trees from the balcony. Nice decor overall.

Super cute decor! Convenient location to all the main attractions. Nice layout. Great pool and hot tub area. Beds are rather hard, so if you’re used to a softer bed, that may be something to consider. Complex was quiet.

The property was located in area that has less traffic than the strip, which was awesome. There is a little store/ pizzeria across the street from the property. It was easy to get to on foot when I need a core screw. We had plenty of towels and washclothes available during our stay. The condo was nice and clean upon our arrival. The fireplace was cozy and helped heat the living room area as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We are very happy we chose this property. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The manager left very detailed instructions for everything we needed during our stay and departure. The condo is very spacious which the pictures do not represent. Shower was amazing, beds were comfortable, tv’s are big and have Netflix on them and kitchen is well stocked. The location was just off the main parkway to Pigeon Forge activities. You can see fireworks every night off the porch from Dollywood. Pizza and a mini mart right across the street and a grocery store a few minutes away. We would stay again!

Excellent place

This is my fourth time staying at Manhattan. We love the location and the layout and decor. We arrived a 4 pm and the place had not been cleaned. Jerry was very kind and got it taken care of right away, so no complaints. I know these are difficult times and it did not spoil our trip at all! We will be back!

We feel lucky to have found this property for our stay in Pigeon Forge. The pictures are accurate, however, in my opinion they do not show the true size of the condo. It was much more spacious than the photos could ever show. Our stay consisted of two families of 4. One family had an 11yo and a 4yo. The other family had an 11yo and a 12 yo. The 11yos stayed in the bunk beds comfortably. The owners were in communication with us the entire weekend and had a nice welcome packet waiting for us with lots of local information. Breakfast was also included in our stay for our entire group. If and when we return to Pigeon Forge, we will aim to return for sure. Thank you!!

Exceptional Condo

This condo was exceptional. It was in a great location to get to the Le Conte Center for the week long dance competition. It was perfectly setup for everyone to have proper space. The pool and parking was wonderful. The design was incredible and everything made us feel very comfortable after long days.

Great place for the money

Myself and 2 other women stayed here for a weekend. Very beautifully decorated, lots of room, love the shower and decor. Had a small issue with the sink and the owner was prompt with his responses and sent someone out immediately. The leak was fixed however both sinks in the master are slow to drain but I think that may be par for the type of sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Sweet retreat

Beautiful condo, looks just like the listing photos. We enjoyed staying here. Everyone loved the Reagan's breakfast vouchers. The multi head shower was also a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked and included coffee/pods and creamer. The only complaint I heard from our group was that the front bedroom needed better blackout curtains because the outside lights kept the room bright.

Wonderful Weekend

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway in Pigeon Forge. The condo is very close to all of the shops and restaurants. We had plenty of room for our family to relax there as well and the children loved the bunk beds! Everything we needed was provided. Thanks for allowing us to rent!
