Enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo in North Central Phoenix overlooking Lake Biltmore. This place is so comfortable and relaxing. There are so many thoughtful supplies available if we forgot something. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. We had long days helping family move and staying here was a welcome respite each night.

Amazing Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great, and we loved the view of the lake for our morning coffee. The property was very clean, well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the pool area, everyone we met was very nice and friendly. The only thing i will say is make sure to read the book before you venture around, we didn't know about the key access and got locked in the lake area (door was open when we got there), we almost couldn't get out until luckily a gentleman was out on his porch and helped us out. We give this property 5 stars and would absolutely visit again.

A relaxing nice place
This property was very nice, walking trails around the lake. A beautiful screened in porch off the LR and master bedroom. Well stocked for our stay. Very clean. Great pool. Easy access to town and highways. Stores near by but sitting watching the lake was much more enjoyable than the stores. Walmart very close for groceries and other needs. A great place, we highly recommend it!

Wonderful trip
We stayed for 4 nights at Mary and Cliffs place and had the most amazing time. We were there to celebrate my granddaughters 25th birthday. We totally enjoyed the patio view of the lake, the pool and the proximity to shops and restaurants near by. We hadn’t planned on getting a rental car, but without it our stay would’ve been more difficult, but certainly possible since an Uber would’ve gotten us there from the airport and Uber Eats could’ve delivered food. The unit is easy to just hang out and be completely entertained if u couldn’t get around. Between comfortable beds, a full kitchen, a tv with lots of show options, games and anything you could ask for including a washer and dryer, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Arizona.

This is the cleanest place we have ever rented. Everything provided. Towels for pool, pickleball, tennis rackets. Right out the door. The view from the huge screened patio was a great way to start and end the day.

Well equipped lovely condo on a lake
We so enjoyed the comfort of the screened in porch, well-equipped kitchen, linens, the pool and proximity to golf courses. Plenty of good food nearby. Perfect time of year for sun and breeze. The hosts were always available and accommodating. Cleaning crew allowed us to leave bags early so we could take a trip to Sedona before checking in. Only one caveat. It’s best to close the doors toward the lake at night due to the lively chattering geese. Terrific stay!

This property was wonderful. We had all the amenities you could ask for from pool towels and pickleball equipment, to extra toiletries to board and card games. It would have been nice to have a few more gas grills nearby, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Spring Training in Phoenix!
I wish we had more time to stay at this property. The location was perfect for our travels and the amenities were great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and overlooking the lake. The unit was spacious and gave us all the room we needed. It was also very clean and well maintained. Nice pool area as well. We would definitely consider this property for a future return.

We loved our stay. Beautiful sunrises over the lake from the porch were very relating. The designated parking was close to the condo. Beds are comfortable and master shower is big and beautiful. Key code was easy for check in.
