I booked a King room on travelocity. When I checked in, they gave me a room with two queens (they said they were queens, they looked smaller). When I called the desk, they confirmed that I booked a King but they told me they changed my booking to a two queens room. When I asked why, they said "we give the rooms people want to the ones who book on our website, and the travelocity booking get whatever is left"

The staff is amazing here! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I stayed in both the Stardust and Casino towers and I preferred the space and quiet of the Stardust Tower! The Stardust tower room had a bathtub, bigger closet and hanging space for clothing, a large well lit vanity and it was much easier to park close to the entrance. Casino tower room was smaller, had shower only and did have a microwave, as the Stardust room did not. It was also more convenient to the pool and restaurants, and of course closer to the casino floor. Both were good, just depends what kind of experience you’re looking for.

The place is the middle of nowhere. The pool closed early just so they can reopen for a band to play and then they charge you to see a no name band! Guest should not have to pay extra for that! No music was played in the pool area. Only food sold at the pool was from a food truck. Even though, they have an entire bar like restaurant outside! Bartender did not show up until 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Room has a balcony that you can’t use. They have the doors sealed shut. With a note stating for people safety, the doors are locked.

We were thoroughly impressed with Valley Forge Casino & Resort! We are local to the Philadelphia area and decided to do a close by staycation but we also wanted the option to have expanded amenities. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom could fit about 6-7 people at once! The property was also nice. Valley Beach was amazing! My only recommendation would be to heat the pool a bit, because the water was freezing, even in the sun. Oh, 1 more recommendation... the evening live band, the cover charge should be half the price for hotel guests. Lastly, the area around the hospital is King of Prussia which has a lot of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. During the entire weekend, we did not have a bad meal - from eating at the steakhouse in the hotel, to going to a nearby Vineyard, to going to Sullivan's at the KOP mall! Valley Forge Casino & Resort is a ten out of ten, highly recommend!

fun visit with family. room could have been a good amount cleaner. not much to do for kids. pool closes way too early. rooms were comfortable minus the ridiculously loud AC that woke us up every time it came on. all staff was great, from front desk to house keeping to security.

You need a business center to print and onsite computers. I was traveling for business from out of town and not to gamble and was staying at your hotel, because of the geography of the company I was visiting. You had very poor breakfast options from a cafeteria, instead of a breakfast buffet, typically offered by a upscale hotel and the bar/ restaurants did not open till 5:00 PM. I was sleeping at 2:00 AM and was awaken by noise, people and announcements from the gaming floor below. Next time in King of Prussia, I will stay Hilton or Marriott
