fire alarm went off at 11:30pm and it was very aggressive and scary and we all had to go outside in the cold. I appreciate the safety feature but it was very disruptive and not a lot of guidance about what was going on

A shared wall was paper thin and I could hear my neighbors talking throughout the night. They were not loud or anything, just normal talking. The hair dryer was on broken and had a terrible noise. I thought it was going to blow up. When HVAC is on, I could smell someone else’s perfume! I think the air intake is shared and pulling air from next door. It was very disturbing. One of the bedside lamps was broken. There were stains in the comforter. Yuck. And lastly, the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Like it pooled halfway whenever I washed my hands. Another yuck!

The room was great!! I booked the fountain view. The staff was fantastic! The walk to the Art museum's was quick. Drinks and food fantastic! Especially, from Urban Farmers for brunch.

Housekeeping never cleaned the room, or emptied trash at all. Pool area was littered with guest garbage and pool interior was dirty.
