Old and outdated furnishing in rooms. No dishes in rooms. Good for just laying your head for the night. Charge over $12/night for parking and write parking pass out on a piece of paper when the other hotels in the same area don’t charge for parking. One TV oddly placed between 2 beds. Key card would not work on room door but worked for laundry room. Breakfast was just muffins. The guy at the desk was very professional and helped as best he could.

I booked the room and called in advance to notify them I would only be able to check-in for 5:00am due to my flight in to Philly. They asked me to complete an “authorization form”. All good, submitted, paid for the room in full, in advance. The nice lady on the phone I was speaking with said I was now “checked in” to the room and all I had to do was pick up my room key and I would be good to go! Thinking everything is ok, I land in Philly on-time and attempt to check-in around 5am. I get to the front desk and I was notified my room had been cancelled even though I had made previous arrangements for a late check-in. Not to mention the lady at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was being as nice as I possibly could but was met with UNNECESSARY HOSTILITY. Now it is nearly 6:00am, I am now homeless and forced to walk from hotel to hotel in proximity with all my bags to beg for an available room. I end up going back to the airport and sleep in their temporary accommodation until I can find arrangements at another hotel. Considering I was only supposed to be in Philly for 1 day, I needed whatever rest I could get before moving on with my responsibilities in the area. This absolutely ruined my weekend and made my life incredibly difficult because this hotel couldn’t handle 1 simple request for a late check-in. Abhorrent behaviour and lack of respect or accountability from hotel staff. They simply do not care if I had to sleep on a park bench because they screwed up. Negative 5 stars

The worst hotel that I have been!! As soon I about to check the the staffs were arguing with each other and didn’t help me to check in. The place was super dirty and filthy!! You can’t not find an attendant if you need help!!! The phone in the room didn’t work at all!

When I got there one of my room options I reserved wasn’t in the system. I opted for another. Both rooms the keys did not work. We came back from a concert near by and could not get into our rooms BOTH ROOMS ON DIFFERENT FLOORS and was locked out for an hour couldn’t find anyone to help. There was bugs in one room and the other room the floors was Awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Do not recommend!!! The hallways, elevator and room stank. It says its smoke free but it smelled like smoke and humid. Very strong odor. Everything is so old. The bathroom didn’t even have a mirror. It looked and felt like an abandon building.

Staff was very nice, but this is an extended stay location meaning people stay here longer term so it isn't an ideal overnight hotel. On the dirtier side, smelled in the hallway, but the bedding/towels were clean which is all that really mattered for a single night's stay. Area doesn't have a lot to offer. There is a Ruby Tuesday's and Wawa's walking distance. Close to the airport. No shuttle to hotel. Overall, it was fine for the night but not a stellar hotel by any means.
