Jasmine was very friendly, offered to upgrade our room to a suite since we were Marriott Bonvoy Members. Modern look with old hotel problems

Front desk did not give me any details at check in like what floor is my room on, where to park, where the amenities are in the hotel etc. Just handed me the key and said next. The parking app was not explained to me properly which caused me to pay for parking I had already paid for with my stay. The ice machines did not work on any of the first 8 floors. My bath tub was backing up with water. I told the front desk about the tub they said someone will come and fix it while we where out. We came back later that evening and no one had came to the room to fix the tub. The TV in the room only a few channels worked the channels was just showing a blank screen when you clicked on them. The wifi was extremely slow I couldn't even stream to watch movies. I'm not sure if the singal was weak because we stayed on the 6th floor but the hotel has 12 floors. I asked for fresh towels the when i requested the tub to be fix and didn't receive any until i called back later that evening. The hotel looks nice, modern, and clean but between service and all maintenance issues I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel itself was nice. Bed was comfy. Everything looked clean. I didn't realize that overnight parking wasn't free, so that's something to keep in mind. Also the shuttles from the airport, are slow. You just have to wait a while after you call.

Five-star luxury hotel

The Delta Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport is a first-class hotel. It was like staying in a five-star luxury hotel at a price you would normally pay at a value hotel. I highly recommend this property.
