Hi, The staff were very good when trying to address my issue related to not having heat in my room, 1228. I moved my large amount of luggage to another room 1203 only to find out that this room didn’t have heat either. Their very nice mechanic came x2, thinking it was the boiler. He said anywhere they move me would be the same situation, front desk suggested I move to a different floor. After some time I was brought a small heater and blankets which was wonderful. The concern is the no heat & having to move rooms .

Super convenient to the airport. The shuttle runs every half an hour. This was my second time staying at the property enjoyed the food and drinks in the lounge. Room was large and comfortable. The air conditioning did not work well-room never seemed to cool. They also charge you for parking.
