Overall I would give the property a 7/10. The staff themselves were absolutely amazing. I would give them a 10/10. My flight ended up being canceled due to weather, as many other flights were, and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and flexibility to check out late at 4pm instead of 11am was greatly appreciated.
The complimentary breakfast was good, I appreciate the variety offered.
However, the room I stayed in did need some work. When I pulled the toilet tissue roll the toilet paper holder broke, the sink and shower were opposite so the hot side was cold and cold side were hot, and when I went to turn the air down a bit the face of the AC unit fell off. It was storming earlier in the evening so the wifi was not working as well.
Like I said, the staff was absolutely amazing-specifically the shuttle drivers and the people that checked me in/out. However, I do think for the nightly price the room should be updated to a higher standard.
