"Perfect house for family & friends vacation. The views were wonderful from both front to the Indian river and back to the ocean. Options to swim in both Atlantic & pool. The house was spacious and good privacy for 3 families & napping children. Best appointed vrbo kitchen we have stayed in, any appliance beyond what we could want. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives for inside and pool side use. Garage full of beach & pool toys as well as bikes, paddle boards & kayaks. Sebastian inlet state park was a short 2 mile bike ride away. Lots of fishing opportunities & wildlife to see ( turtles, manatees, dolphins & fish, pelicans, egrets, osprey & frigate birds). Highly recommended!!! "

"This is a great house. It’s big and well laid out with an ideal location right on the beach. We stayed with a group of girls and loved being able to just walk on the beach. It’s quiet and far enough away from the town so we saw almost no one else on the beach any of the times we were there. The one thing to be aware of is you can’t see the ocean from the first floor, but this makes sense as the sea grapes protect the numerous sea turtle nests from light pollution. You’ll see tons of nests there!! The rooftop terrace is great - we sat up there at night listening to the waves and staring at the stars. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. We will go back next year for our annual girls trip "

"Stunning property! I felt like i was in Costa Rica in the backyard area...simply gorgeous I only wish the area was as bohemian as the house. If the area changes from its stiff conservative ways we will consider coming back again 1,000%"
