We stayed one night for our anniversary. We arrived very early and the girl behind the counter told us she would call when the room was ready which was about 1:30. We waited until 3:30 to go back and check. That girl was no longer behind the counter and I guess didn't tell anybody we were waiting on a call. First room was on the first floor and on the balcony you were basically hanging out with all the people that were at the pool and in the hot tub. We went and asked if there were any other rooms. Room number two we walk in the TV was on, the room reeked of weed and somebody's stuff was on the bed. The assistant manager was very nice and very apologetic and bumped us up to the fourth floor in an executive suite. The room was nice and very clean although in need of some updates. Rust on table, cheap furniture that was pretty beat up. Carpets in hallways were pretty gross and tables at breakfast not wiped off. Our neighbor was not very respectful and did quite a bit of yelling at night to the point I almost called the desk. The kicker is this morning I went to the bathroom and killed a small cockroach(it definitely was, I Google lensed it.) Told my husband and he said he also killed 2. All the other stuff is kind of bearable, but the bottom line for me to absolutely not go back here would be the cockroaches. I'm giving two stars for water view, clean rooms and accommodating assistant manager. This place needs better management.

The breakfast was really good everyday on time and a little variety the hotel is starting to get a little rundown the safes has been broken for over a year I had to flush the toilet two or three times to get it down could use over modeling but overall generally clean the cleaning stuff was very good and the front desk was amazing just need to keep the property up a little bit better to get a five star

This was my second time staying there and I just love it!!! The pool is just a few feet from the beach. There is a long fishing dock that has lights for nighttime. Breakfast is included. Usually waffles and eggs along with pastries and grits and cereals. There are also balconies in each room. I’ll be back!! Restaurant right next door..
