This home is not located at the Property Manager and does not have access to

their amenities. A vehicle is highly recommended. There was a reason that this

was one of the first lots that was built upon in Deer Valley. Located on one

of only 9 true ski-in and ski-out lots in the exclusive American Flag

neighborhood, this home is a unique mountain escape. Ski directly to your back

door into a private ski room from Deer Valley Resort's Success ski run. After

a long day of skiing, enjoy panoramic ski resort and Mountain Views while

sitting by the fire, or soaking in the hot tub. Entertain with friends and

family in the spacious chef's kitchen and open floor plan. Other amenities

include large windows, custom woodwork, heated steps for ski access, expansive

dining area, and an oversized deck. Home details: 8,500 square feet - hot tub

- 7 bedrooms six have ensuite bathrooms - master had a king, 2nd bedroom has a

king, 3rd 4th 5th have one queen, 6th has two queens, 7th is a bunk room with

3 bunk beds with twin beds - large ski lounge with 98" screen tv and there is

a queen sofa sleeper - fitness room with Peloton bike, treadmill and

elliptical, bench and dumbbells - FireMagic Echelon grill on main balcony -

two car garage -
