This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The studio features with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed,
- a queen size bed (160 by 200),

Check-in Time: Between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Late Check-in (10:00 PM to Midnight): Available for a fee of €20. After midnight, check-in will only be possible the following day starting from 9:30 AM.
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM at the latest.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Concierge Service: You will be provided with the contact details of an agent who will hand over the keys and answer any questions regarding the apartment and the neighborhood.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €250 is required, payable exclusively online by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor Detected After the Stay: €450.
Extra Key Service: Available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key and where it was left.

Rules and Responsibilities:
Please do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the quietness of the neighborhood: Excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Please note that building maintenance work may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for any disturbances.

Internet Access:
Use the internet connection responsibly. Any illegal activities are prohibited, and we are not responsible for any potential connection issues.

Reservation Conditions:
Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, access to the property will be denied, with no refund.
