Horrible customer service

Location was nice and safe. Hotel was mediocre. Customer service was terrible. No greet , no smile , and no courtesy. Staff including management treated my wife and I like uninvited guest. For few more dollars we should have stayed at a nicer hotel and received better customer service

Not impressed by this hotel given the price. Rooms are small. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Toilet seat broken. Paper cups in the room. Did not replenish cups, tea and coffee after room cleaning. Front desk clerk spoke no English. I will stay somewhere else the next time I am in Paris. I expected better, given what we are paying.

The property (in my opinion) was not as described as the pictures show. The man at the front desk (older one) is extremely rude and condescending. Room was quite dirty and spills / stains on carpet. I would also like to add that they are price gauging. The man tried to charge me more than i paid (€69) and tried to say that that was “just a deposit”. I showed him my booking on expedia and through having to kind of argue, he agreed. Only access to the rooms on different floors is a spiral staircase that’s quite steep. Bathroom was clean. The location fabulous.

Very basic stay

a very basic stay. the room was very small and felt like sitting and sleeping in a sauna. a small fan was provided that could not even cool itself. for the price, it could have been much better.
