Completamente renovado en mayo de 2012, el apartamento está equipado con nuevas instalaciones y equipamientos (cocina, baño, salón) y la atención a los detalles. Se encuentra ubicado en la planta baja de un edificio '40 años'. Es s muy luminoso, tranquilo y pacífico, ya que pasa por alto el patio interior lleno de flores, plantas y un tanque de peces.

Diseñado para un máximo de 4 personas, el salón de parquet está equipado con un sofá-cama (140x200) y una cama alta (160x200), TV vía satélite, acceso ilimitado a Wi-Fi.
La cocina con la atención al detalle, tiene todas las comodidades: cocina de inducción, lavavajillas, hervidor, microondas, nevera, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, etc.
El cuarto de baño con un diseño de spa dispone de un inodoro, lavabo en piedra natural y de gran cabina de ducha y confortable para relajarse


Transporte
Para llegar al apartamento hay 3 paradas de metro: Dupleix (50 mt), Champs de Mars–Tour Eiffel (150mt) y La Motte Piquet–Grenelle (400mt). De lo contrario, para un paseo inusual, original y asequible, le recomendamos alquilar bicicletas Vélib proporcionada por la ciudad de París a precios súper rebajados. La estación de Vélib, el más cercano está a 50 m.

Very happy with Love Nest

This is a very conveniently located little apartment. The Metro is just steps away, yet the apartment, facing into a courtyard, is quite quiet. Shopping, laundry, cafés, the Seine and Eiffel Tower are all easily accessible. The apartment itself feels bigger than it appears, with a smart arrangement. We were very comfortable and happy here for our month long visit to Paris

The house is nothing like the photos. Do not stay here if you are not able to climb a ladder to get into bed. My sister and I thought we were renting a place with a couch and a bed. We had no idea the bed was reached by a rickety scary ladder.

Great location for stay in Paris

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month. The positives: Great communication with the host Excellent location - close to metro and bus, huge supermarket nearby, huge food market every Wednesday and Sunday, several bakeries and other shops nearby. Easy check-in - check-out. Fully equipped kitchen including expresso machine. Some negatives, I hope owner addresses some of them. The apartment is very small, it was ok for two of us, but that probably reflected in price. While apartment was clean, we did not like how bedding was given. Both sheets and pillowcases were not ironed and did not feel fresh. Towels was ok. Shower door was leaking. Overall, it's a good stay for the money.

Fantastic location for 2-3 people

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was situated within walking distance of the Champs de Mars and a glorious up-close view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a bit tight with three people but completely workable if you plan to spend most of the day out and about as we did. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cookware/plates/utensils for meals in. We did have to buy a towel because we noticed too late in the evening that there were only two provided but that was a small oversight that we didn't mind. The only real complaint we had was the bathroom door: it was a sliding door that caught in its track every time we used it and it was nearly impossible to close all the way without pulling at it with every ounce of our bodies - which was difficult without an actual handle on the door. But overall we loved our stay here and it was perfectly situated and appointed for the price - would recommend to others!!

Fantastic location

We were especially pleased with the location of the apartment. It is so accessible to the metro, bakeries, restaurants, groceries, and other shops. We liked the energy in the morning of the people and families hustling to work and school. On Sunday, we happened into the market across the street and it was superb. Our hosts were also very good and helpful. Yves met us upon arrival and departure and was very pleasant. Paolo and Anthea communicated starting a couple weeks before our arrival to be sure everything was in order. They provided useful information on transportation options from the airport that saved us from being tricked into getting a non-profit flat rate taxi. (Beware of those guys at the airport!) Anthea also helped us tremendously one day during our stay when we encountered our RER station was closed. Via WhatsApp, she helped sort out our best option and we were back on our way to Versailles. Being on ground floor, the apartment is very accessible. It is very small as we expected. I would say too small for 3 people and luggage. It was fine for us mostly because we had lovely weather and were there very little. It is definitely more suited for one or two people with not much luggage. In general, the apartment needs some love and the photos presented on VRBO are not representative of its current condition. The bathroom being the area of biggest need. There is quite alot of mildew making an unpleasant smell and feeling of it not being clean. A couple floor tiles are loose from water intrusion. There were some other issues that didn't greatly affect our stay but could greatly improve someone else's stay if they are addressed: The fireplace doesn't work as far as we could figure out which wasn't much of an issue. We were provided a plug-in electric heater which worked well but contributed to feeling a bit more cramped. The hairdryer blows only cold air, the towels were rough, and wall hooks to hang coats would be useful. Finally, there was some construction occurring in the store front adjacent to the apartment. It was only during the day but it made it impossible to return for a nap or quiet lunch. Luckily, we had great weather and could be away all day. This is most likely a short-term issue and will be resolved when the store renovation is completed.

La estancia fue inmejorable, el piso pequeño pero muy bien equipado, no echas nada en falta. Y la ubicación perfecta, a 5 min paseando de la Torre Eiffel, con una parada de metro a solo unos pasos. Si volvemos a París seguro que repetimos!

Buenísima ubicación. Limpio y bonito

Nos ha encantado alojarnos allí. Tuvieron un detalle de entrada muy bueno acogiéndonos antes de la hora ( con dos niños 4 maletas se agradece mucho). A 10 minutos de la torre y a 2 del metro muy buen comunicado. Varios súper y todo lo necesario si quieres hacer alguna comida en casa y ahorrar un poco.

El apartamento estaba limpísimo, todo tipo de detalles, Anthea y Paolo nos lo enseñaron todo y incluso nos dejaron para los inquilinos un kit de bienvenido para tomarnos, absolutamente recomendable a cualquier persona que quiera estar a gusto. Esperamos volver pronto!

Muy bien comunicado, cómodo y limpio

Estuvimos este verano dos adultos y dos adolescentes. El apartamento es cómodo, bien organizado y limpio. Las camas son muy cómodas. Tiene una cafetera Nespresso, lo cual fue una sorpresa que nos vino muy bien, ya que desayunábamos en casa. Tiene teléfono con tarifa plana para llamar a teléfonos fijos en Europa y navegar por internet. Está muy bien comunicado (estación de metro a dos minutos y punto Velib a la puerta). Tiene supermercados, carnicería, frutería, panadería y establecimientos de comida preparada (muy buena), restaurantes y farmacia al lado de casa. Paolo muy amable.

Perfecto departamento

Muy buen departamento, limpio, cómodo y confortable. Tiene todos los utensillos imprescindibles de cocina. La ducha es excelente, abundante agua y bien caliente. El colchon y almohadas nuevas, por lo cual es mas que comodo descansar.La ubicación es excelente, estas a muy poquitas cuadras de la torre Eiffel. A 15 metros hay una parada de metro. Hay varios negocios en pa zona e incluso un súper. El departamento tiene todo nuevo e impecable. Nosotros llegamos muy tarde y el dueño nos espero, sin ningún problema y con la mejor atención.

Was a dream come true

I stayed for a month and got a discount. The host and staff are wonderful. They answered all my questions. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower is very nice, there is a room heater in the bathroom. There are laundry mats and grocery stores in almost every direction. Rue de Lourmel is 1 block away, has specialty food stores to make a gourmet meal. Duplex metro station is across the street. Use the metro and you can get anywhere in the city in less than 30 minutes. 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and river. Point de Bir-Hakeim on the river is one of the most beautiful areas along the river. Wednesdays and Sundays, pop-up market across the street at Duplex metro station is one of the best in the city. I felt like I was living in a neighborhood. Area is so centrally located to the city but not touristy. This place was a dream.

This little flat was perfect! It has everything you need and Anthea and Paolo were very helpful.

The flat is located half a block from a Metro station in a little neighborhood with EVERYTHING you could need. Lots of cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, little markets, fresh food shops and a laundromat. It was a quiet condo building with all the conveniences. We highly recommend this flat!

Great location and Cozy

Fantastic place for our Paris Trip. The owners and Yves were fantastic to deal with. The apartment is so close to the Metro and within walking distance of so many landmarks. Ideal for restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, bakeries, cheese shop, meat shop and wine. There is a Market twice a week basically at your doorstep, with tons of offerings. The owners were very helpful in recommending how best to get to the apartment. They also provided us with information on what wonderful sites and experiences to see and do, and this was our 5th trip to Paris. They recommended some weekend stuff to do and where to go to relax, bring a picnic (wine and cheese) and act like Parisians do. They even provided me with a contact number via the Whatsup App so we could communicate, and I could use wifi to save on costs. The place is very cozy so if space is something you need this might not be what you’re looking for. However, for us it was almost perfect, the location could not have been better. The courtyard worked great to enjoy a French wine and do our daily updates from a day’s touring. Based on price, location, the owners and Yves we would definitely stay there again. It was a totally wonderful experience.

Great location, efficient space, and wonderful assistance from hosts.

Anthea and Paolo went out of there way to help us on our visit to Paris - maintaining contact with us before, during, and after our stay. The location of the flat was perfect for us and it was quiet and welcoming. Two fans in the unit helped take the edge off the Paris summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals and the bed was comfortable. Mercie beaucoup et mille grazie!

Appartement que je loue depuis 4 ans à la même période et toujours aussi sympa. la réception se fait toujours dans la bonne humeur. Situation géographique idéale pour les visites parisiennes. Proximité de la Tour Eiffel et du métro. Si vous avez envie de visiter Paris, n'hésitez pas, cette location est pour vous de part sa qualité intérieure et de sa situation géographique.
