The location is close to dining and an activities but very crowded streets. Nice rooms. Elevator gets overwhelmed but I figured out not to press the button until the elevator was free and only waited a few minutes.

Location: Pretty centralized and accessible. Access in/out of property: Great with the QR codes. Super easy to use. Comfort: Queen sized bed and pillows that are fairly comfortable. Convenience: Washer/dryer combo wasn’t working. They were kind enough to launder daily but left clothes damp for packing as they were not dried. We had to hang all our clothes all over the room. The clothes steamer also wasn’t working properly. No bar soap provided, just a shower gel. Communication: Delayed and emails always leave you wondering what’s gonna happen next.

Loved the location! We enjoy walking and were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit- the Louvre, Notre Dame, Shakespeare’s bookstore, even the Sacre Cour. The unit is thoughtfully furnished and functional. I would definitely stay here again. A bit tricky to find the entrance after a long sleepless flight but thankfully a kind waiter from a nearby restaurant helped! It’s a noisy place- recommend ear plugs. Only complaint- poor or no internet.

Great place at a convenient location

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. We recently stayed here for 8 days, no issues at all. Very clean neighborhood, with a G20 grocery store nearby. Chatalet Les Halles station and mall are 2-3 minutes walk. Very seamless check-in process with no real front desk personnel. Customer service via WhatsApp was amazing. Very close to the Louvre, Seine River, Notre Dame, etc. short uber ride to Eiffel and Champs-Élysées. Good size bathroom with Hansgrohe top notch fixtures and water pressure is great. In our apartment, Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. There are restaurants/cafe/bar in the bottom floor and can get very busy all days evenings due to happy hour. Elevator is sort of odd trapezoid shape and can fit a large travel bag and another person, but we had no issues at all. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Just hope they fix this three wheeled trolley in the apartment we stayed, which kept tipping over.

Easy to get to from CDG. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to shops, grocery stores and transit. The property is very well thought out from having an elevator to washing machine. I was skeptic about not having a physical key/card to access the property but the QR code that was used was fantastic.

LOVED our stay at My Maison Louvre. Apartment was lovely, communication from MM was excellent and location was perfection. Charming tiny elevator, easy in-out using QR codes on phones, perfect amount of space for a fam of 5 in the apt, and location was close to cafes, shopping, Metro, etc. Would stay there again and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was a great size for the two of us. We had two big bags and two carryons. The washer dryer served us well. Bed was fairly comfy for a European bed. The shower had a great water pressure and nozzle but there was an odd smell in the bathroom after showers. The ceiling looked a bit dirty and maybe there was a leak. The toilet was hilariously small. There’s no way anyone over 190 lbs can fit in the toilet room. The surrounding area was very noisy at night but it might depend which unit you stay in. In the beginning, staff was slow to respond but they did accommodate us eventually. Thankfully a service worker helped me access the apartment initially even though I did have the correct QR code. But after that, I had no issues accessing the building. Very convenient location to the mall, food, and metro. Would ultimately stay again.

The property was right near a transportation hub, with restaurants and shopping nearby and we were able to walk to the Louvre and several other sightseeing areas with ease. It was very clean and relatively spacious except the tiny elevator which was easily worked around by taking multiple trips with our big luggage. We only had one issue while we were there and it was resolved quickly the next day with a single email the night before. Check-in and check-out was easy and we were especially happy that they could keep our luggage on the day we arrived so we could go out and enjoy paris while we waited for the room to be ready for check in.

Nice place for a single or couple on a short stay. Great dining options for an afternoon drink or dinner. If you’re someone that likes a quiet night in your room, this may not be the place as the street noise is on the louder side.

We love My Maison!

This is our second stay in a My Maison property and it will not be our last! We had just come from London where we stayed in a similar type property but so very different. My Maison makes sure the accommodation is clean and modern with everything you need provided even though the building must have been built a long time ago. It was great having an elevator to our floor and the Digital key worked perfectly. Whoever designs the interior of the flat should be congratulated as it was lovely which leads to a relaxing stay. Loved the area and easy access to Gare Nord. We will be back!
