Great Location! Great Staff.

Pros: see above.
Cons: See above.
Location: See above.
The location of the hotel is perfect! It's so close to the Metro and RER stations it makes it very easy to travel around the entire city. We were only a few blocks from a hundred great restaurants and convenient shopping on St, Germain, St. Michel, and the surrounding small streets. The staff was terrific, especially the lady that handle the breakfast room, she's so sweet! The breakfast was really great...the perfect array of great French food to start your day off exploring Paris. The reception desk personnel were extremely cheerful and always went out of their way to be helpful. The maid staff was also great. The room was smaller than we would of liked but we were gone all day so we weren't hanging out in the room. The hotel was well worth the under 200 euros a day we paid. All in all, a great value!!! We stopped by a hotel we stayed at the last time we were in Paris and their lowest rates are 1299 euros a day for the lowest priced room!!!!

Great Place to Stay!

Pros: Location, style, staff, cleanliness, comfort.
Cons: Nothing I can think of...
Location: This hotel is in a great location in the Latin Quarter, close to Notre Dame, restaurants, and the Metro.
I stayed here for three nights at the end of April, 2015. The staff was great and were very friendly, and spoke English which helped me. The common areas were nicely appointed and even the stairs were cool. I had a room two floors up with a standing room balcony on the side street (Rues des Bernardins). The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice with plenty of room in the shower/tub. Coffee maker, safe, minibar (I think. Did not use it). I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Staff was great. Location was great.

Too bad they were undergoing construction and we weren't informed before hand.

3 minutes walk to Notre Dame

This hotel was in a GREAT location (3 minutes walk to Notre Dame) and was nice. It was not the smallest room I've ever stayed in but it was small (fits 2 people comfortably). Bathroom is a good size and clean (note: there are no shower doors or a shower curtain...just a small pane of glass covering about 1/2 the shower so the bathroom floor gets very wet). The bed was satisfactory; nothing great but not horrible either. You do hear some noise (hallways, alleys etc.) but I'm not a light sleeper so it didn't bother me much. The elevator fits two people plus luggage; very small (but it made for some funny pictures). Staff is friendly and all seem to speak English. The hotel provided a map upon check-in. The continental breakfast is not included and is 12 Euros (too expenisve for me), I preferred picking up a croissant or a pan au chocolate at any of the nearby patisseries. This was my first trip to Paris and this hotel helped it be a great one! Plus, I got engaged so that made it extra special!

Excellent location.

Excellent location. The room we stayed in was small, like most of the rooms in the center of Paris. Ask for a bigger room, they have those. If you are in Paris to see Paris not to hang out at the hotel room this is the best place for the money. The stuff was very polite and accommodating. The place was clean.

Good Location

Location was very close to Notre Dame which gives one a good starting point to sight see. Close to a feeder metro, about a 15 minute walk to a major station. The more you pay the bigger the room. So choose wisely. Breakfast was too pricey, small grocery stores nearby if you need to get snacks or something for the road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a good hotel.

Just Like Old Paris

My husband and I took a chance on this hotel and were very surprised, for the best! The hotel was comfortable and in a great location for seeing how parts of Paris used to be. It had great restaurants around it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize excursions and even called them up when the cab was a little late. I will definitely stay there again the next tiem I am in Paris!
