No electricity

There was no electricity in the place during all the afternoon and the evening and our host never showed up to assist us or fix. He was not available and just gave us vague indications, such as push the buttons and check for loose connections on the fuse box... At some point, the place was entirely dark and cold and we had to book something else. We are hoping to get some sort of refund at least...
