My room had bed bugs and a broken AC unit. The Manager Louise didn't care to fix the issues and refused to give me a clean room. He assistant told me they have had problems and many of the rooms on first floor were not fixed properly during renovation. It ruined my Paris vacation.

Perfect for families. Our room had a large double bed and a bunk bed and appeared newly renovated. The hotel is set back from the road so very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for a couple of nights in paris. Easy walking distance to jardin du luxembourg, montparnasse tower and pantheon and a short tube ride to others. Lots of restaurants nearby and bakeries for breakfast. A mini fridge and nespresso machine were also in our room for added comfort. We left our bags in a secure room on the last day so we could explore paris, very convenient. Would definitley return if we came back to Paris.

Not fit for family travel

Its a clean, modern and efficiently small hotel room. Would be great for two young persons. Three person room is small for one adult and two young children - would not recthree adults. The sofa bed is a sofa and not really a bed. The sofa is placed in the entry way with three doors opens to it (one main entrance, two split bathroom doors).

If I could give it 1,000 stars, I would! We had an amazing experience at Bleus Villa Modigliani. The hotel is in a privileged location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, French bakeries, markets, and more. If you enjoy exploring by public transportation, this is the perfect place to stay; just steps from metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to navigate Paris without overspending on taxis or Uber. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again without hesitation!

It was handy to most things. The staff were very helpful, especially Matthias. The room was tidy and clean with everything we needed. However it was warm at night and no AC. One of the teasons we chose the hotel ws because it said that it had AC. It did not and we were warm.

Excellent stay, well designed room for a family of four with children. Looked to have been refurbished recently. Close to lots of metro lines giving us options to get everywhere we needed. I would definitely stay again.
