Our bathroom. The sink leaked. The toilet leaked. The shower leaked. Our friends tge shower didn’t even work. We stayed for 4 nights and nobody came around to fix anything. You couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. They wanted money for instant coffee.

Cozy, Clean boutique hotel

Our stay at The Hotel Long Champs was incredible. The staff incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is small, but our room was spacious by Paris standards. It's also one of the few hotels that has rooms with one queen bed and two twin beds making it perfect for families. It's a well maintained old hotel and I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness.

The amenities is bad and AC is not working at all. Even the safe is not. Cleaning staff is very rude. Only the African reception guy is very polite. I will never book this chain of hotel again. Overpriced.
