We loved this hotel. The spa pool was a godsend for these hot days. The room was very cozy and well-decorated, and we loved the view from the balcony. A lovely touch was the cake and refreshments that welcomed us when we got back from exploring. The hotel couldn’t be better situated, with easy access to the metro. Will be back!

Transportation and environment were good. Nice decor and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and meticulous layout on most days when the main chef was on duty. The daily housekeeping in-room service could be improved though. Items (towels, slippers etc.) taken away should be replaced.

The continental breakfast was definitely outstanding, made up for a lot of the other negatives, such as the extremely small rooms, loud environment, coming up from the center of the hotel, where the windows are positioned, and very few amenities in the Hotej rooms.
