The Hotel d’Orsay is a charming boutique hotel located just a half-block from the world-famous Musée d’Orsay, a short stroll from the Quai d’Orsay, and directly across the Seine from the Tuileries Gardens—an ideal base for exploring Paris. The hotel is beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make each stay memorable. The staff is extraordinary—warm, attentive, and eager to help with anything from dinner reservations to cab arrangements to simple questions about the city. The breakfast room is delightful, offering everything from light pastries to pancakes and eggs, all served with care. We stayed several nights and came to know the team well. Everyone—from the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping—was unfailingly professional and genuinely committed to making our visit one of the true highlights of our time in the City of Light. The Hotel d’Orsay is a charming boutique hotel just around the corner from the Musée d’Orsay. It's the ideal spot for anyone staying in Paris who wants to be near everything. It was a lovely stay from the friendly staff at the front desk (and glass of champagne welcome!), to the clean and comfortable room, to the chic Left Bank neighborhood all outside your door. What a lovely last-minute stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. My flight landed earlier than expected, and the warm greeting — complete with a glass of champagne — was so appreciated. The front desk team were impeccable: kind, attentive, and immediately made me comfortable. They even directed me to a private area to change and freshen up while my room was being prepared. When I returned later that evening after exploring the charming 6th arrondissement, I found my room ready with a personalized note and a sweet treat — such a thoughtful touch. The room itself, while cozy in size, was exactly what I needed: spotless, comfortable, and stocked with bottled water and excellent amenities. Room service that night was exceptional — the food arrived promptly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I’ve stayed in many places in Paris, but this one truly stands out for its warmth, service, and attention to detail.
