Great staff and hotel. The woman at the front desk that’s there during the day was helpful and lovely. Room was clean and organized. Location is on the same street as grocery stores and a really nice street market. Walking distance to Arc de Triomph, shops, and restaurants. I’d definitely stay there again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good quality shower, shampoo & handwash products. The room would be greatly improved if it had a smart tv then guests could sign into to their own subscriptions (Netflix for example). Building site directly opposite which to our surprise didnt bother us, the work ends early and starts after waking hours. Free buffet breakfast was a nice touch which for me would be improved if toast was on offer. Lovely cheeses, cold meats & croissants :)

There is an office building being built right across the street.Quite noisy during the day.This is a two year project. Arc de triomphe is a five minute walk.30 minute walk to Eiffle Tower. Safe neighborhood,plenty of shopping and cafes.

Wouldn’t stay there again

recently stayed at Hôtel Des Deux Avenues and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was far below expectations — it didn’t feel properly cleaned, and there were no basic amenities provided. There wasn’t even a toothbrush or any kind of daily room kit available. The air conditioning only worked in warm mode, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially considering the weather was already hot. The lift was constantly busy, causing delays every time I needed to go up or down. In terms of location, it’s not ideal for first-time visitors who want to explore Paris. The hotel is a bit far from most of the main attractions, so it’s not the best base for sightseeing. However, one positive thing I can mention is that the area around the hotel has some really nice shops and local stores. If you enjoy shopping or exploring neighborhood boutiques, you might find that part quite pleasant. Overall, though, the stay didn’t meet expectations. The management should seriously improve room cleanliness, provide essential amenities, and ensure the facilities (like AC and lift) work properly.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms were nice and as expected. The location is great, very close to a nice outdoor market, restaurants, and the metro. The arc de triomphe is also very close by.

Do yourself a favor and won’t book this hotel. There is huge construction site right in front of the hotel, the noise goes from 6:30 am to 8:00pm from Monday to Saturday. When I brought it up to the concierge ( front desk lady) named Omy , she told me “ I am here all day hearing this noise do you see me complaining “ after that I had no words . I was able to pay 190 euros extra to change my room ( in the back of the building) the noise was still pretty loud. Pros; modern rooms, cleaning crew are really nice. Cons; extremely small rooms, even for European standers, noisy, terrible front desk staff , especially Omy .
