Lovely hotel. Stayed with a friend for 2 nights. It very much gives a mid luxury feel. Very tranquil and relaxing. Their gym is mehhh and I do love a gym. Wasn't well equipped. That's my only downside but I would definitely stay here again. A metro station is also just down the road. Free coffee fruit drinks and snack were provided and the staff were so kind. Definitely recommend for the price.

Excellent value hotel. Near to Rosa Parks station on RER E line, which takes you to Gare du Nord station. There isn’t many restaurants in this area, but the Noccia Italian restaurant in the hotel is excellent and includes a bar in the evening

The only negative thing is the receptionist trying to double charge us the city tax 4 times and one breakfast that we didn't take. Maybe it was a decent mistake, just be careful. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel in Paris. Brand new, convenient with good prices. The area is quiet and the metro noise is bearly noticeable. Room size is very good compared to what you might get in other hotels in Europe. Overall, it was a great!

Unfortunately, our stay at the OKKO hotel Rosa park in Paris was awful. On the first night we found glass in our bed, my husband sliced his finger pretty bad. Secondly the drinking glass that he had been drinking out of all night , had lipstick on it and we had only realized in the morning light (I don’t wear lipstick) and we were woken up at 5:00 am to the blaring fire alarm , had to evacuate. We found out it was a false alarm but someone mentioned how it was the second time that week. When I brought the glass shatter and drinking glass lipstick to the staff’s attention they informed me that there is nothing they can do. I was very unhappy with my experience here.
