ACERCA DEL SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Las comodidades del Splash Resort son bastante únicas entre los resorts de la Costa del Golfo y aquí hay algo para todos. Hay una piscina solo para adultos y un jacuzzi ubicados justo al lado del área principal de juegos para niños donde se desliza el agua y se encuentra un enorme balde que arroja cientos de galones de agua cada 45 segundos. También hay un gimnasio de última generación con vista a la piscina y al río lento. Hay un bar y parrilla junto a la piscina con mesas junto a la piscina y un menú a un precio razonable. El acceso a Internet de alta velocidad está disponible en muchas áreas comunes alrededor del complejo, incluida una sala de estar con Wi-Fi y cómodos asientos. Great condo

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful! The owner has the kitchen pretty well stocked and provides some laundry detergent which was helpful. Also has chairs, some beach items and toys and we added to the collection. We noticed a little bit of sand in the 2nd bedroom bed when we went to sleep the first.night. Most of the time there was a wait for the elevators, which obviously the owner has no control over. We usually ended up taking the stairs. I had to make 3 trips to the registration desk to get registered because each time I went no one was available. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up each day which was also really nice.

Best place we've stayed at

We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms

Our stay

Enjoyed our stay even though it rained one day. We had 2 vehicles and 2 motorcycles and had to pay 35.00 for each. The host had said we would get 1 parking free but had to pay for the rest. This really adds up on the total amount to pay. Walking in the condo had a musky smell, not sure what it was. I expected to smell cleaning supplies and the floors were clean but still had a sticky feeling to them when barefoot. I’m sure we will rent again.

Wonderful Place For All

We loved staying at Jim's property. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacy and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was nice. The pool area was great especially for kids. We loved the pools and the kid's areas especially with a 3-year-old. The beach was a very short walk from the condo! Would recommend you stay here especially if you have kids. Loved our stay! Thanks Jim!

Nice vacation

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. This was our fourth stay at splash. Everything with accommodations was great. Only con was the amenities with splash that had nothing to do with this unit. We would recommend and return.

Wind & Rain of Helene 9/2024

Communication with the owner, Jim was super! Jim's response time was quick!! He went over and beyond communicating back and forth with us and the condo as we were coming in the day before Helene was due to come to shore. At the time Helene's strength & location wasn't exactly known. The condo was spacious, cute and VERY clean. Our only issues were the beds as they were really terrible with deep sunk in spots. The couch was also terrible and hard to sit on as we would slide towards the middle smushing one another. We wound up using camping chairs more so than the couch. If these items were updated with new, this condo would be perfect. This is the only reason we decided to give this review a 4 star. Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again and will check back next year to see if the beds and couch have been updated before booking elsewhere.

The property is definitely out dated and needs some up grades. A lot of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. There’s a broom in the condo but it’s about worthless. There’s a vacuum that doesn’t work. The toilet in the master needs to be fixed it constantly kicks on and off the couch is absolutely terrible and so is the pull out bed. The air conditioning needs an upgrade. The location was nice

Perfect, Easy spot for family!

This is our third stay in this unit. Jim is always very responsive and the unit is always clean. Splash! Resort is the best location for families with kids of all ages. We love that the unit is ocean front and all of the pools. This time it rained a bit during our stay, but the outdoor pools are under and overhang so the kids still were able to swim and have a good time. Our children love the water playground with slides located under the overhang. We love that our toddler is able to get in away from the sun and we don’t have to pack everything up if one of the kids needs to go back to the condo for a bit. The in unit washer and dryer is awesome because then we don’t have to pack a lot or find a coin operated laundry facility. The staff at Splash! Are all wonderful. The attached beach souvenir shop is an added bonus if you have kids or like to shop. The elevators always take awhile during the on season, but luckily this unit is on the 4th floor so only a few stairs and you’re there! 10/10 as always! Jim even allowed us to check in earlier than regular check in and he is always so kind and willing to be flexible if need be. We love this condo and hope to be back for many more years to come! Thanks for the great vacation condo, Jim! Top notch!!
