Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time for staying on this ovation and our condo was fabulous. My favorite part of was the amazing balcony. Place was clean. Loved the laundry room and the space it had along with the extra beach items to borrow to make our stay even more fun. The elevators at this location were very timely, leaving us to never wait to long. We had a question and an issue with parking one night and Greta and her staff were so kind and willing to help get everything handled. The downfall of this location is parking.

Beautiful weather, wonderful condo all you see is the gulf. I could sit on the balcony and be content drinking coffee and tea all day. Condo is large and clean has everything you need to cook but your at the beach so go eat it’s always places with seafood open and ready for you to come on in. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave. We’ll be back. Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the unit in general, however my friend slept in the secondary bedroom and said the mattresses were not comfortable. Therefore, next year she wants to book a different unit for that reason. There was also no dust pan to sweep up the daily dirt, had to make due with paper plates we brought. All in all enjoyed our stay, having the beach chair service made it all worth it!
