Live like a local in this beautiful new home in the neighborhood of Laguna Haven! With an amazing location - you truly get the best of both worlds! Less than a mile to the world's most beautiful beaches and a short drive to Pier Park AND 30avenue. Enjoy two unique vacation destinations during your stay!

This home is beautiful throughout with nice furnishings and comfortable furniture! The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy time together as you cook in the gourmet kitchen. Enjoy a movie on the comfy couch with the large television! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity sinks. There are two nice size guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Sip your coffee in the backyard on the cozy patio. There is garage parking as well as parking in the driveway.

Sleeping arrangements:
The primary bedroom has a king bed with a twin pull out couch. The twin would be great for a child. There is a private primary bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms with a full bed and twin trundle that pulls out. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Good price for a greta getaway

House was clean and well kept. It was a short driving distance to tons of entertainment and restaurants. The beach was just a couple minutes away. The only negative we can say about the home is that the entire house is white or light colored and that didnt agree well with a 2 year old. Overall the house is perfect though.

AMAZING!

I can’t say enough of how wonderful this property was! And not to mention the people running it. Very easy to stay in contact with them, called me almost immediately back if I had a question. All the basics were there for us and the home was extremely clean and organized! My 5 kids and their friends couldn’t have been more excited and happy with their rooms and bathroom! We will be booking again, no doubt!
