    Another great week in PCB

    We have been visiting PCB every fall for the past 20+ years.This stay was one of the best yet. The communication was super easy and quick. The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. Thank you for your hospitality! We loved our stay.

    A wonderful family vacay

    Our visit to PCB was awesome. The condo was immaculate. Completely updated!! The owners thought of all necessities one might need. We were pleasantly surprised and completely comfortable. Thank you for renting such a beautiful condo. We’d love to visit again.

    We have stayed at many condos and this by far was the nicest and the cleanest, we will definitely return here! I felt at home, because everything you needed was there, this condo was not only beautiful, but well stocked

    Girls trip

    The unit we stayed in at the Watercrest Condominiums was the BEST I've stayed in all my 30 years of traveling. It lacked nothing and exceeded our expectations. The owner was very accessible as well with any questions we had. Will definitely return:)

    Beautiful condo with great ocean view from 16th floor

    Beautiful condo with great ocean view from 16th floor. The recessed balcony is good for outside dinning even in windy days. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything needed and thoughtfully arranged. It is clean and quiet. We also liked the interior decor that we felt right at home when moved in. Bayron, the condo owners were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay in 1606 very much and are considering coming back next year.

    Labor Day Vacation

    We really enjoyed staying here. The condominium is spacious with plenty of room for our family. We found the facility and the condominium very clean. Everything needed for great vacation was supplied. The owners were very accommodating and available if needed.

    Wonderful place

    This was our first time to stay at the Brinkley’s but definitely won’t be our last. It was clean, we had everything we needed and loved having security on-site. We never had to wait for an elevator and the beach was gorgeous. By far the best condo we have stayed in.

    Great condo

    Don't let the 16th floor scare you! Amazing views from the 16th floor. I've never rented that high but this was a new experience. Condo is extremely new. Owners are wonderful. The fact that it came with beach chairs made it so much easier for us. I wish I can give it a 10 stars. We'll be back for sure!

    We had an amazing time in this condo. The location was perfect. Everything was nice & clean & they had everything we needed plus things we didn't even think about! It was nice & roomy for our family of 8 & the owners are wonderful!

    This clean, quiet condo offered everything my bestie and I needed for a week of relaxation. The best part for these old bones was the proximity to the beach chair! Not a far walk at all. We'll be staying there again!

    Beautiful condo, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The umbrellas and beach chairs included with the rental were an added bonus. Very comfortable beds. Large well stocked bathrooms. Large, private balcony with a great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in 1606 so much, we have already booked it again for a fall visit. The condo owners were a pleasure to work with.

    We were happy with our rental everything was as expected the beach and pool area were great. Weather was amazing so that also helped to complete our experience.
