The room was clean but it definitely needs updating and proper maintenance. We noticed the fire extinguisher systems were really not screwed tightly on the ceilings. The air conditioner was so loud when it would kick on, specially in the bedroom. BUT the view of the ocean was amazing and the kitchen was clean and comfortable

The location is great, the condo however not so much, shower was broken off the wall, there was a hand rail missing from the bath leaving one side with a hole in it and the other side with a rusty metal cover. Obe of rhe beds is broke , you sit on it and your sinking into it, you lay on it it rolls you into the middle part. With southern vacations it was one issue after the other. Our condo was water damaged from another condo and while i get this is not their fault it is also not ours, to relocate us they wanted us to pay an extra 150 bucks, eventually they agreed to relocate us without the fee, however 3hrs before arrival they suspended our door code due to us apparently not having a credit card on file, even though they had already ran my credit card. Then they tried to charge us the full rental price for the condo because they relocated us, even tho we already paid but they did not transfer the funds from the original condo to the new condo 🙄. Would i stay here again ? Absolutely but not with same rental company.
