We had a great stay! It was clean. Decorated nicely and in the perfect spot to over look the beach.

Well to start we had no air conditioning and had a man trying to fix it for the first couple of hours we arrived. He was able to get it fixed. We also noticed multiple roaches in the room. Also the staff that works there were very rude and made multiple comments towards us directly when trying to get our wristbands. Apparently we were not guests at this condo but a complete inconvenience. The WiFi wasn’t available and when we asked for why that is no one was able to give an answer. Overall not worth the money and we would much rather stay somewhere next time where we are treated like we are guests and appreciated for choosing the place we stay at. I will say the place is pretty. Very nice pool and clothe view of the beach is beautiful. But the staff that work here are absolutely rude and treat you like you don’t belong. Sorry for making such a negative post but it’s just how we felt.

Overall Okay

One thing we did not like or we were totally surprised by was a week before our check-in we got an email stating that we had to pay 100 at the resort for amenities. I wish this would have been disclosed or paid for at the beginning with our total . The hundred dollars were for the wristbands (( hence : if you lost the wristband or it broke or if tore off it was 100 for a new one which is RIDICULOUS!!)) the 100 was also for parking and if you want offsite parking you had to risk being towed. We were not aware that the property was under construction at time of booking , yet we were notified 24 hours before we checked in about the construction/remodeling/maintnance .From 8 AM there was a lot of banging and vibration throughout the whole building and it was very annoying. Elevators were constantly packed, which made it very hard to access the beach at at least 20 minute wait every time to go up or down. The actual property/room we stayed at was pretty clean and had a home feeling to it . We really liked the rental. What we did not like about the rental was there was not enough pots or pans or varieties to cook from . Also there were no trash bags nor soap for the dishwasher so we had to purchase them to keep the condo clean. BUT Overall we liked our stay but we may reconsider staying at shores of Panama in the future .

Unsafe and unsanitary

The host was unresponsive to the issues we experienced while staying at this unit. I would not recommend this room to my worst enemy. There was black mold all over the master bathroom shower curtain. There was dirty pigeon with nest and eggs holding the balcony hostage our entire visit. There was a square of drywall cut out of the ceiling in the kids bunk room which had been duct taped back up and fell on my child's face. The ladder to the bunk bed is not attached to the bed at all. It was only leaned up against the bed, causing my children to fall through it every time they climbed up unassisted. I called the number listed for the host multiple times and every time was connected with customer service from overseas who gave me the run around, promised compensation and conversations but never followed through. You will be deeply disappointed to rent this room or any room from this tenant.

Great location, parking attendants are horrible here. Resort fee and parking not included

This unit is very nice! Great view and perfect location. The resort fee and parking fee is NOT included. You’ll pay those separately when you check in. The parking attendants here are extremely rude and hostile. If every person doesn’t have a wrist band on, they won’t allow you back up to the condo at all. No guests are allowed at any time unless they buy a wrist band and pay for a parking pass and of course you need your wrist band to access the building with them. We liked the unit itself but we’ll stay somewhere else next time just because of the parking attendants. Absolutely ridiculous.

Disappointed

There was 2 elevators down the entire time making the wait at least 15 minutes to get on every time. The floors were covered in dirt and sand when we walked in and the shower curtains had mold on them. Pretty disappointed. The decor and space were beautiful. Just not clean.

I’ve seen cleaner rooms in a Motel 6

We get to the condo to check in and the listing said it was $85.00 for parking passes and wrist bands and we get there and it was $100.00. There wasn’t reserved parking for 2103 so we just had to find a parking spot with yellow stripes which was very few on each level. The floors in the condo were dirty, they turned our feet black the first day. I did contact the host and they did offered to come clean it but our stuff was already in the condo and we didn’t feel comfortable someone coming back into the condo. They should’ve been clean in the first place for a $240 cleaning fee. Very limited amount of utensils and cooking supplies. There was mold growing on the paper towel holder. Ice maker didn’t work. The regular coffee maker didn’t work. Master bath faucet dripped the whole time, master bath shower curtain has mold on it, master bath shower head has red algae growing around it and mold and the top of the master tub has black mold growing on it. There was roaches and other bugs. The sheets looked dirty that was on the beds. I feel like I over spent on this condo. It’s really not up to my expectations! Other than these things, we had a great time when we were away from the room! Also, if you don’t like a lot of noise at night and partying then I wouldn’t stay here.
