The room was unclean and smelled. The carpet was dirty. We did not have maid service one day. And, we did not receive towels two days.

i BOOKED A ROOM AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WERE COMPLETY OUT OF THAT TYPE ROOM. HAD TO SETTLE FOR LESS=AND WAS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE!!! NOT EVEN OFFERED A DEAL. i WORK WITH A LOT WHO TRAVEL-WILL NOT BE BOOKING WITH DOUBLETREE.

Front desk staff was awful. Unless that is you like rude service at checkin and taking no less that ONE HOUR TO GET CHECKED IN!!! Have these people lost their minds? Who wants to take an hour to get checked in - apparently their desk staff does and they think they’re doing you a favor to do their job. So if you like rude people with an attitude that don’t value your time this is the place for you! Anyone else with a brain might want to skip this hotel and go to the next property that may actually appreciate your business.
