This property was absolutely fantastic. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and features lush greenery through the lobby and outdoor courtyard. I especially enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant. I will return again for my next stay in Cali.

Staff was very friendly, one of the best location to stay in Cali. The wifi was fair. I will come for sure again but will make sure to ask for a room at 1st or 2nd ground. Ground floor there can be some noise from the restaurant at night till late.

It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Toilet doesn’t flush effectively. Sadly this is the best game in town so you don’t have other choices. The pool and food are great. Friendly staff. This hotel is in desperate need of serious work across all facilities. It doesn’t match the experience one has at an intercontinental in other global cities. It has the logo and the name but it really feels like a Holiday Inn from the 90’s."
