Nuestra experiencia con el hotel fue maravillosa, el personal muy amable, y está ubicado en un sitio tranquilo con buenos restaurantes a los que se puede caminar. Disfrutamos del rico desayuno, de sus empanadas, picada y lulada a nosotros nos encanto! Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con nuestra habitación, pero inmediatamente fue resuelto. Con una preciosa vista al rio, al parque del “Gato” y al Cerro de las Tres Cruces. Definitivamente, nuestra estadía fue muy agradable y nos volveríamos a hospedar en futuro. Gracias a todo el personal ustedes son extraordinarios! Our experience with the hotel was wonderful, the staff is very friendly, and it is located in a great and safe location with in a walkable distance of many restaurants. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, their empanaditas, picada, and lulada we loved it! We had a slight mishap with our room, but it was immediately resolved. With a beautiful views of the river, the "Gato" park and the Cerro de las Tres Cruces. Our stay was definitely very pleasant and we would stay again in the future. Thanks to all of the staff, you guys are extraordinary!

I liked the area by the river at night and the arapas. The room was quiet and the staff was very helpful, especially because my Spanish is not that good. I liked the breakfast and eating it in the outside cafe. I would choose this hotel again on my next visit to Cali.
