Although my reservation was listed as non-refundable, the condition of the room was so unsafe, unsanitary, and uninhabitable that we did not stay even one minute longer than necessary. We entered the room, saw the conditions, immediately turned around, left, and went directly to our car. We then booked a different hotel right away because the room provided was not fit for occupancy.Multiple live insects inside the room, including in the bathroom and on the walls Dead insects on the floor and around furniture Mold and mildew on shower walls, grout, and ceiling Stained pillowcases and bedding Filthy, unclean refrigerator with old frozen residue Cracked, lifting, and water-damaged flooring near the toilet Exposed wall holes and unfinished electrical areas Missing trim and damaged door frame Gaps between floors and walls that allow pests to enter Loose and missing caulking in the shower and sink area Dirt, dust, and debris under furniture Stains and grime on surfaces Overall appearance showing neglect and lack of maintenance

the room was horrible. it looked like someone tried to or did break in. the door latch wasn’t fully attached. our smoke alarm was missing. there were scratches all over the floor as if someone was drug out of there. the door was not air tight. the peep hole of the door was cracked. there was a centipede in our room as well as some roaches. we did not feel safe and the area felt sketchy. the staff was the only positive aspect.

We arrived to a room where the beds were completely stripped down and bare with stains, pillows stacked in the chairs with curtain textured comforters and it was after dark. Had to go back to the front office to request sheets and then wait for the maintenance man to bring them to our room about 15 minutes later and discovered we had no pillow cases after those were delivered. Maintenance man was nice and apologetic and offered to put the sheets on the bed for us, but we just did it ourselves. Bathroom door was destroyed in the inside as well as the inside of the room door jam so didn't feel the safest, but it was only a one night quick stay on our trip home so just powered through. Had a few roaches as company in the room, but it's Florida so I'm forgiving of that mostly. Definitely never had an experience like this before so just be mindful and cautious when booking here. It is cheap, but definitely wouldn't recommend booking here in the future.

The staff was friendly, but i don’t recommend staying here, i have changed my trip and booked another hotel, it was not possible to stay there anymore, lots of bugs , roach , it was not cleaned very well and a perfume was sprayed to remove the bad smelling I was traveling with my family to enjoy Disney park, but this park was very bad for me , It was Just peaceful to sleep, very silent and mattress it very comfortable Yet they didn’t refund me the days I decided to not stay, but I just decided because of the bad conditions
