Nice and spacklas. We had all We needed. However it was not well cleaned upon arrival and the place was very worn. The carpet is in badly need of an exchange. Overal that effected the feeling.

Me and my husband stayed at this property in 2019 for the first time and we had a great stay that we decided to take our kids this year for our family vacation. Check in was at 4 yet we were able to get in at 3. I would have rather waited until 4 as when we checked in the room was not alas clean as we expected. There was dust and things still on floor. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was at a 5% called and they came to fix it yet the water pressure in the showers was very low. Overall it was a nice stay. Needs a little updating. Resort pool was nice. We will not be back again but overall it was nice.

The employees were rude and not accommodating. We had to buy our own face towels even after letting the staff know that we didnt have any in the room. Staff advised that housekeeping would bring some towels to us yet housekeping never brought any. None of the bathrooms had full rolls of toilet paper. The floors where visibly dirty and empty drink bottles were found under the bed, and in the living room. The jacuzzi was nice to have but when we attempted to turn the heat down on the unit, the knob wasnt even attached. Extremely disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the townhome as well as the less than accommodating employees.

Wasn’t very clean

We got there and our hot tub was disgusting, holes in patio chairs, and roaches were crawling around the bathrooms. The maintenance guy was amazing and worked very hard for us to get the hot tub drained and filled up again. The front office was nice but either couldn’t help us or didn’t care much about anything. We booked this place for our son’s birthday since he thought the whole personal hot tub was cool so that definitely put a huge dent in our trip. It ultimately turned out good but I wouldn’t book again. The pool wasn’t clean and also didn’t seem like they had treated it in a while.

Outdated/ Zoo/ allergic reaction

We arrived around midnight, getting into the gate was easy. We had to wait a few minutes to get inside to check in. I had to pay additional fees that were not mentioned. I would say how much but then they won’t post my response. This reservation was paid in advance. Warning: This is not a hotel, there is no cleaning service during your stay. We saw a family of raccoons as we tried to get into our room. Next morning we saw possums outside our door that scared us. Then we tried to use the balcony and there were frogs, lizards and a two hornets nest on our balcony, so we were unable to use/enjoy the balcony. Some morning there would be deer standing in front of the door or in the parking space for guests to take pictures of. Today when we were packing up to leave we saw a mouse in our kitchen. The place was very spacious it would be worth the cost if they could get rid of so of the animals/pest and a few update the place. Looks like it would have been a nice place to stay in the early 2000s. Even the towels looked like they needed to be replaced. I had allergic reaction to whatever they wash the sheets with because my first night I broke out and was itching. Had to go get detergent to wash the sheets.

It was in a gated area codes entry not far from location we were attending event Room wasn’t ready in time even though we came early and left to do other things til 4 o lock check in it was after check in we could get in Ice maker wasn’t working said someone would come check on it they never did we ended up buying ice. Ants in areas of bathroom kitchen. Toilet paper holder was pulled from wall. Hot tub didn’t fully work as some jets didn’t work. Came in late one night due to event front gate didn’t want to open then when did open almost closed on car.

poor maintenance, poor service

When we entered the room keys, they never worked. They sent the maintenance staff to help us, but he turned out to be a very abusive person. We informed the manager and they did nothing. In addition, the jacuzzi included in the room had never had its water changed, so it smelled like drainage. We requested a change and it was never done. Nice facilities but terrible maintenance service. We will never return.
