Straight past the living room will lead you out to the private pool deck with a covered lanai and dining area! Sun loungers and a gas BBQ are available on the deck. (Heating is available for the pool for an additional fee).

Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Solterra Resort is 15 minutes to Disney with access to the Interstate only 3-5 minutes from the entrance. Solterra's location also gives easy access to Universal Studios, Seaworld and even the Legoland theme park!
Posner Park Shopping Mall is located 5-10 minutes away and features many, many shops, restaurants as well as a luxury movie theater! Solterra features its own club house with a large swimming pool (complete with a water slide!), a spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center, Volleyball Courts and Tennis & Basketball Courts, a soccer (football) goal, as well as a children's playground and picnic areas. There is also a poolside restaurant/bar (see amenities section below). The Lazy River is now open!!
Solterra is located right next to Champion's Gate, which features world class golf with its 3 separate courses including a Greg Norman design as well as a David Leadbetter Golf Academy. A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

A security camera is present at this home. No cameras are inside in the home or within private guest areas.
A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.
No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
Limit of 4 vehicles per reservation.
Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)
Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F.
*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit can be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.
