The location was absolutely amazing for families. Everything is within close proximity. The amenities at the property are wonderful for a family as well. Was easy to keep the kids busy on our “down days”. Facilities and accommodations are older, but very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for families visiting the area.

The property appears to have been recently updated (kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms). Was comfortable for our family if 4 adults. The property management team was responsive to any questions / needs we had.

This was a perfect place to stay! It had two bedrooms and full bathrooms so our kids could have their own space. The two beds in their room were full size, so they were really comfortable after busy days at the parks. Our room had a really comfortable king. Both rooms had plenty of storage space. Everything in the villa is updated and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The resort amenities (water park/pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit area) were really fun, and the resort communicated events and menu specials every day via text. The owner is very quick to answer questions, and the maintenance staff onsite is very attentive as well. It is super convenient to all Disney properties including Disney Springs, and it’s an easy drive to Universal. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe, and has many conveniences and shopping. The only negative would be that there is not a working dryer (at this time). There is a washing machine though. We would definitely definitely stay here again!!!

I liked that the children loved it which was most important. The water park made it the best location for fun on the spot. They loved the Disney theme bedroom. I rather only speak the positives which aimed towards the fact that the kids were happy.

Kunne vært sengetøy på alle sengene og mulig å få tak i noen ansvarlige for leiligheten under oppholdet. Stedet kunne vært flott men er slitt og trenger oppussing. Beliggenheten er ok i forhold til parker og shopping.
