The space

Spread across two thoughtfully arranged stories, the home flows naturally from one living area to the next. The main floor centers on an open-concept layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen connect without interruption. Sliding glass doors extend the main living space outward to a private patio with outdoor furniture - a welcome retreat for morning coffee or winding down after a long day at the parks. A dedicated workspace on the main floor means remote workers or anyone catching up on messages has what they need.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms across two floors give your group plenty of room to settle in. On the main level, a bedroom with a queen-size bed offers easy access for anyone who prefers to skip the stairs. Upstairs, a second bedroom features a bunk bed plus a single bed - a natural fit for kids or a group of three sharing a room - while the third bedroom provides another queen-size bed for a comfortable night's sleep. With 5 beds across 3 bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. Granite countertops, a full suite of appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and well-stocked cooking basics mean you can easily pull together a family dinner or a casual breakfast before heading out. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and wine glasses round out the details. A dining table seats your group together, and a starter supply of essentials - dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and more - is included for your arrival.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms mean no early-morning queues. Each is equipped with hot water, and you'll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided. A bathtub is available for a proper soak after a full day on your feet.

Getting around

Disney's Animal Kingdom is roughly 8 minutes away, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios around 10, and Epcot and Disney Springs about 12. SeaWorld Orlando is a 20-minute drive, and Universal Studios Orlando is approximately 25 minutes out. Orlando Premium Outlets is 10 minutes away for shopping, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35 minutes from the property. Dining, groceries, and everyday conveniences are all close at hand.

 

Good to know

Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Starter supplies are included for your arrival - for stays of a week or more, you may need to restock some essentials. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
