Minions kid bedroom with a bunk bed, and a trundle; all full size Twin mattresses, A Disney Villain Queen, Mario/ Nintendo Queen and the master is a Universal Movie King room with its own full bathroom. The unit is only steps away from the clubhouse and pool. There you can find an on sight restaurant, pool, hot tub, bar and waterslides YES waterslides! Pool is heated year round. There is a minimart for basic needs, a gym, a new arcade, and changing rooms inside the club house as well. You may use the amenities before and after you check in and out, incase you're arriving early or leaving late. The location is nothing short of perfect, closer to Disney than some of its own hotels, the closest being about 7 min away, and the furthest being about 14 min away, this is including Disney Springs. Sea world is 17 and Universal is 23.
What's the most unique and optimal advantage of this location, is its proximity to Fun Spot and Old Town. Its a 3 min WALK! Old Town has a variety of activities from daily magic shows, a haunted house, and a hunt for gold for the kids. Weekly cars shows, karaoke, live music, professional wrestling once a month, and occasional fire work show. Old town also offers many restaurants, bars, dancing and shopping open daily, and open late. Fun Spot is open until Midnight, what you will find there is an array of rides for all ages and big attractions like the gas powered 3 story go kart track, and the thrilling sky-coaster where you can challenge your self to a 300 foot drop that then swings your across the park. All the thrill and fun of big parks in a short walk, its an experience that will not be forgotten. That's not all though, World of food Trucks is located right across from old town it has an insane amount of options and VERY popular, just like Old Town it can be hard to find a parking spot, but you wont have to!!!! Attached to the World Of Food Trucks is also a huge flea market, and its so fun inside can shop in there for hours, and be highly entertained.
Check in and out is very easy, it is a gated community so you will be given a gate code to access the community, that will also work for the pool gates if you don't want to walk through the club house. Then just one more code for your private townhome.
The townhome is cement, and in no way are the walls thin like you will see with other locations or condos. Very fast Wi-Fi 5G fiber optic, every T.V in the house is a smart T.V. The Living room is a 65 inch with full cable and HBO, The Master is a 55 with cable as well, in the other 3 bedrooms they are all 45 inches. So everyone can watch their favorite streaming services. We try to be logged into all of them, but always a good idea to bring our own log in info.
Almost everything in the townhome is brand spanking new, including the air conditioning, all furniture, beds (Ashley Furniture) and kitchen gadgets. We provide all sheets, towels, pillows, pack and play and a starter pack for your stay, couple garbage bags, 2 dishwasher and laundry pods, a roll of T.P in each bathroom, a couple hand soaps and a roll of paper towels. There is a hair dyer, k cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glass wear (yes wine glasses too :)) full kid safe dish wear and cups and every little thing you could possibly need to make a meal. whisk, measuring cups, mixing bowls, cutting boards etc.
You MUST pay the pet fee if Bringing any Animal, or will be charged triple if found to have a pet after the stay. People have allergies and requires a deep cleaning after any animal is in the home, and needs to be scheduled in advance with the company.
