### The Space

This beautiful two-story home is designed for comfort and fun, sleeping up to 10 guests in style. The open-concept main floor features a comfortable living room with a 55" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family meals. Enjoy your creations at the 8-person dining table or the casual 4-seat breakfast bar.

Step outside to your private screened-in patio, where a sparkling south-facing pool awaits. With a depth of 3-4 feet, it's perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the parks.

* **First Floor Bedroom 2 (Mickey Themed):** Two Twin beds with a 43" Smart TV.
* **First Floor Bathroom:** Features a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* **Second Floor Suite (Bedroom 3):** King bed, 42" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and dual sinks.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 4 (Avatar Themed):** Two Twin beds, 43" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* **Second Floor Suite (Bedroom 5):** King bed, 43" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with central AC, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board. A Pack 'n Play is also available upon request.

Enjoy seamless and secure entry with our self check-in keypad system. You will have exclusive access  to the entire home, including the private pool and patio.

### House Rules
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* To book, at least one guest in your party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

Please note the following optional services and fees to enhance your stay:
* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional $30 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Please request this at least 2 days prior to your check-in to ensure the pool is warm upon your arrival.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** A grill can be provided for a flat fee of $65 per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Packages & Concierge:** Please contact us directly for instructions on package deliveries. We can also assist with concierge services, including Disney park tickets, and grocery shopping.
