As described, a great getaway wity family!
Property was as described in the listing. It was a quick tidy I assume between guests as there was still dirt on counters and an earring was on the floor in the upstairs master bath that basic sweeping would have gotten.Upon arrival the internet was not working but a quick test to the host had it resolved in about 15 minutes. No other issues during our stay. Do note that if you can’t use the provided so-fi, there was no phone service in this location. Not a fault of the host, just something to be aware of. Pool was fantastic. We paid for the heating and this was the highlight of our trip, spending time splashing around in the evenings. Would definitely return, although another note is that there isn’t anything nearby to walk to, or shop without driving.

When we arrived the front door was unlocked. We weren't sure if someone was in the home. The house was hot since the ac was not working. There was an oder to the home. We called the maintenance guy and they got the ac going.
Two of the beds didn't have a comforter, just a thin throw that was old. The material was rough and it didn't keep us warm at night. There's about 12 bath towels and 10 face towels. The 5 bathrooms have 5 bath mats. We had to buy extra towels since we needed more or else we will be washing towels daily. Be nice to list the number of towels so guest will be prepared. There were ants in the house. You can see it in the kitchen and bathroom. We had cut some spicy peppers on the cutting board and later in the day there were tiny little ants all over it. The kitchen counter was a dark color so you can't see it unless you wiped down the counters. We started to sanitize the kitchen and saw less of them. Not sure how the house is cleaned by cleaning crews but that was not a nice sight on the first night.Toilets are a very slow flush. Could use a more updated one that flush everything at once. You need to hold down the handle for it to flush completely to avoid clogging the toilet. There's a sign to take care of toilet or you'll be charged if clogged. We had to make sure every flush was cleared. The master shower upstair’s hot water didn't get hot just warm but the jacuzzi was fine.
These were our only run ins, everything else was fine.

Really need to learn about Service about
The Message system and Check in experience were Clear, and fast, but when we arrive at the property, it mentioned beds for 14 people, which was not true. 1 bed was broken so we claimed and the manager came to check but never solved it during our 10 days stay. Regarding on the Sofa at the 2nd floor, was with skinny and had old matres and without bed sheets. we claimed and they gave us without any blanket. about cleaning, was a superficial cleaning. regarding the towels, we were disappointed about the pool towels that are not included... I went to Solterra around 10 times and was the 1st time does not include pool towels... think that in a hollidays nobody takes towels from their own houses... they also sell them for $17, we bought them in Walmart for $3.95 (really bad service at that point). Regarding the bath towels, 1 towel for each people in a 10 day staying is a bad service in my concern. The shower broke 1 day and they send a plumber to solve it in 2 hours, but to repair the bed, we are still waiting.. I think the Owner and/or the property manager need to learn a little bit about service. or maybe check your neighbors. I think I would never come back to this house/property manager homes.

Terribly Disappointed with customer service.
The house has a great layout however it is in need of a deep cleaning (walls, floors, windows). The kitchen amenities were minimal and inadequate if you are planning to cook at home. Toaster was broken, no wine glasses, no mixing bowls, can openers, etc. The advertisement indicates accommodations for 10 -14 people however the pool has seating for only four. We were given the wrong codes to get into the resort pool and when we contacted management they offered no support to correct the issue. When we reported the issues with the kitchen amenities they offered no resolution to the issue. They indicate parking for two cars at the house but that is not the case. There is only room for enough one car at the house.
The booking process was terrible. I thought I was booking with VRBO and then I started getting notices from Wonder Vacation Homes that payments were declined
I thought this was a scam as I was expecting all payments to VRBO. I contacted VRBO and they surprised me indicating it was through a third party WVH.
In conclusion stay away from WVH and this property.

The house was very spacious. Perfect for our family of 7. The pool was beautiful and well lit. Loved the kitchen. There is a grocery store close by. It's about an hour and a half to either coast so it is nice to get to choose which beach you want to go to.

Overall the house was great. The pool and hot tub which we paid to have heated was not turned on for the first 2 days. It also looked like it could use a good drain and cleaning. Getting ahold of someone over a weekend when the service is listed 24/7 is not accurate. The parking in the driveway is very frustrating! The space is very short and narrow so a large vehicle doesn’t fit while also allowing you to get in and out of the car because of the landscaping and light pole. Getting in and out of the driveway is a big hassle because people park directly behind the driveway to you have to do multiple turns to avoid hitting them and driving over the grass and the pipes sticking up from the ground

Extremely Bad and Inefficient Service
First of All they gave us a wrong door password. We arrived at the house at midnight with my kids sleeping in the car, and we could not enter the house for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After 8 calls to the number provided, after dialing the emergency line which nobody answered either, and after sending text messages because the voice mail was full; they finally answered via SMS and gave us the proper password at 1:08.
To make it worst, at the time of booking and in writing, we requested the pool heater to be on (paying of course), however they did not do it. We wrote and requested this in writing the next day, but they mentioned that this was supposed to be done exactly 24 hours before the service. At the end the could not do it anyway, because they had no technicians available, so we were left out with this service which was very important to us as requested in the initial reservation.
Please also expect harassment via 10 emails, 4 text messages to trow you out of the house at 10 am with the threat that they will charge you by the hour, if you do not leave at 10 am "Sharp" as they say in all emails and threats.

Clean house
House was clean, very pretty. Check in process was a little sketchy at first I dont like taking a picture of my ID & CC and sending it over the internet. I felt like the rules were a bit much made me feel uncomfortable staying there. Taking out our own trash bringing all the towels down to the laundry room.. checkout is already hectic enough let alone basically cleaning up after paying the clean up fee. My biggest issue here is the beds are so uncomfortable my entire family had trouble sleeping. It was humid and we couldnt turn the unit down to comfortable temperature and its winter I cant imagine a stay in the summer... Other than that I would say the property was gorgeous, spacious and exactly like the pictures show.

Great house in a great location!
The house was great and I would definitely stay here again. There was some cereal on the floor upstairs that clearly didn’t get vacuumed before we arrived and there was a picture on the floor against the wall but everything else was perfect inside and outside the house. The location of the house was great, not to far from anything. Easy getting to Disney and other area attractions. The Solterra Resort is also great with lots of amenities and things to do right in the resort.

We found begbugs in one of the upstairs beds the first night in the rental home...took the company over 14 hours to get us moved... I had to call the emergency after hours numbers and office MULTIPLE times... was downgraded homes with the move and the company STILL REFUSES TO REFUND ME ANY MONEY! We paid to have the pool heated at house#1... house number #2 was never heated... STILL NO REFUND.Horrible customer service, horrible response time to this problem! The worst vacation rental company I have ever rented thru in History... we have pictures and videos of the bugs and bites... we are currently throwing things away and having our homes treated to prevent an infestation of these beg bugs and not to introduce them to our homes...Stilll NO REFUND OR Compensation.at this point I will be forced to look into small claims court.
