"Don’t ever stay in room 109. To start, our key card didn’t work. No remote for the TV. Opened the drapes and there were people sitting on a bench right at our window. The beach access door is so close to the window, we could reach out and touch it. Other guests in/out all day and into the night. We were in a fish bowl and did not enjoy the ocean view we paid for. Beware of room 109."

"We had an oceanfront room with a king bed and it was wonderful! No balcony, but the windows open wide so we could hear the ocean. The room was clean, though it’s an older property so nothing fancy, but for the price it was worth it. Breakfast was decent, though I missed having homemade oatmeal. We would stay here again."

"This is a hidden gem place with beautiful oceanfront room. It almost made me not want to leave my room for the whole afternoon (just to enjoy the ocean view and sounds from my bed). The room was well renovated inside with small balcony access that lets plenty of light into the room, nice flooring, toilet has nice bidet option, the bed was big and comfortable, linens were clean and white, TV size was the biggest I have seen from many inns and motels I have stayed for this road trip. It also has the nice walkway to beach with chairs and fireplace. It has a tiny corner for breakfast, but I didn’t mind. Lincoln city beach was also very clean and beautiful."
