We got locked out of the condo upon returning around 10:15pm. We called the maintenance people to have someone come out to see what the problem was with the lock. I asked them for an ETA for the maintenance person to be there and they said that they would call me back and let me know. I waited for 30 minutes with no one showing up and called them again. Same thing. Waited another 40 minutes or so and called them back again, same thing. Then a guy showed up. It was now almost midnight and he worked on the lock for over 2 hours. It now being 2 am and no locksmith available we along with the maintenance gentleman decided our only option at that point was to get a motel room. We looked for over an hour for a room and finally found one in Gulf Shores. Got to bed about 3:30. Nothing with us other than our clothes on our backs, wallets & cell phones. We got a call at 7:15am telling us that we needed to head back to the condo and meet the locksmith there so we threw our clothes back on and drove about 20 minutes back to the condo. Locksmith got us in there but had to remove the pin pad lock from the door. The problem was that dead batteries caused it to malfunction and ultimately totally fail. He replaced it with a bolt lock. When I called the next morning the person answering the phone was totally rude to me and said she would call me back. We were reimbursed for our hotel but nothing beyond that. Not a thing for our inconvenience, nothing at all. Do not recommend this mgt co.
