The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Grab a bite at the dining room table or - even better - step back out to the balcony to dine alfresco. After a day on the sand, toss your clothes in the convenient washer/dryer before settling in to relax in the central air-conditioning. Great week at the beach

This property was clean and had a great layout for 2 children, their parents and grandparents. The pool was always spotless and sparkling. Easy access to the beach. Some suggestions for improvement include providing a starter roll of toilet paper, an extra dish towel and hot pads for use in the kitchen. A couple of repairs are needed: a dresser drawer in twin room is broken, toilet seat in king bath is broken and two of the plastic chairs on the porch need to be replaced. Shower curtain in king bath has mildew at bottom. None of these items negatively impacted our stay. Just wanted the owner to know.

Great location for beach and activities Condo was run down, code did not work day of entry, towels were worn down, patio furniture was rusty and dirty, no iron, no dish washing machine detergent, needs a Koenig coffee maker Felt the property was over priced and fees were to high No problem reaching customer service for assistance You do need a code for parking lot for times when no attendant Pool was top notch

Communication Matters

We arrived at the purport after 3:00 am due to fight delays. There was a gate to get access to the unit to the unit. No code was provided in check in. Finally got a call back with a code. Then... couldn't get into unit because we had the wrong building. Again not clear communication. There are 2 buildings! Glad no one was in the first unit we attempted to gain access to. Finally arrived...beautiful view, stains on every comforter, LOTS of dishes but a few pans, no hot pads.
