We only stayed about 6 hours here while we waited for our flight, but we found the hotel to be a comfortable place to wait! Our room was very clean and spacious and we ordered room service and it was delivered promptly! Great hotel if you are flying in or out of Nairobi!

Clean rooms, ac great. Airport pickup could be better (waiting was a little bit long). I understand the fuel situation but don’t keep passengers waiting. Breakfast is great, probably, the table server could be more attentive, esp with coffee and tea services
