Great location and amenities

Pros: Unlike most Hiltons I've stayed at, there was free wi-fi and also free self-service laundry! (You just have to bring your own laundry soap)
It was close to the airport, had a free shuttle, and had really amazing food. Not just the usual dull American fare, but also great African and Indian food in the breakfast and dinner buffets.

Hidden Gem

Pros: Hilton Gardens Inn Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is a hidden gem, relaxing for the exhausted traveler that needs comfort and a wonderful experie
Wonderful stay. My second time at this hotel. Although the hotel is next to the airport is a very quiet place to sleep and relax. It is impecable clean. Staff friendly and eager to assist. The staff arranged for the shuttle to pick me and drop me off at the airport. Breakfast phenomenal!

Surprising surprise!

Pros: I was at the lobby running out of battery on my cell phone and one of the staff noticed that I needed help and brought a charger. That is hospitality!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Excellent location for airport travelers.
Two days before my journey to Nairobi I called the hotel to schedule a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel and spoke to Mr. Peter. He made sure that I had someone waiting for me with the sign Hilton Garden Inn Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Upon arrival the Kenyan hospitality and friendly staff were very welcoming at the entrance of the hotel. My experience exceeded my expectations and for my return journey back home I made a reservation again at the hotel to be next to the airport. Very contemporary hotel. The breakfast buffet had an array of choices for an international client. I strongly recommend the hotel for travelers who wish to stay close to the airport.
